a) ePaani is a cloud-based business tool intended for professional use only.

b) Any misuse or unauthorized activity will result in service suspension without notice..

a) Clients are expected to use the system responsibly and follow all applicable terms and local regulations.

🛠️ Feature Changes & Updates

Description:

a) ePaani regularly introduces new features and system updates.

b) Features included in your subscription will be accessible without additional charges.

a) Requests for custom features or changes may incur additional costs, based on the scope and complexity of the request.

💼 Scope-Based Extra Charges

Description:

a) Any change in scope such as new features, reports, UI modifications, or third-party integrations will be charged separately.

b) Full advance payment is required for scope-extension requests.

a) Basic system use covers only the pre-defined modules mentioned in the plan.

❌ Cancellation / Termination Policy

Description:

a) ePaani reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if.

✅ Repeated payment delays occur.

✅ Suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity is detected.

b) Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for already paid amounts.

💵 Payment Policy

Description:

a) All ePaani services are billed on a monthly, yearly, or agreed-upon basis.

b) Payments must be made in advance before service activation.

c) A proper invoice/receipt will be provided upon each payment.

d) Supported payment methods:

✅ Bank Transfer.

✅ JazzCash / Easypaisa.

✅ Cash (for local clients only)

💸 Refund Policy

Description:

a) Due to the nature of our services, no refunds are provided for payments once made.

b) If a client cancels the project or service during the development or usage phase, any paid amount is non-refundable.

a) In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of ePaani’s management.
